What will the Santa set look like?

We're still designing and building the sets in our 2,000 sq foot studio, but can assure you, it will be magical! Here are a few rendering of the studio plans, Santa set is the one with the white brick fireplace.

Parking lot at rear of building and enter through the main doors. 

Our studio is located on the lower level of our building and is currently only accessible by stairs. At this time, we are unable to provide wheelchair or stroller access, but improving accessibility is part of our future plans.

What to expect when I arrive?
When you arrive at the studio, you’ll check in and be welcomed into our magical Christmas wonderland. While you wait for your turn with Santa, you can enjoy the festive atmosphere and explore the decorations.

When your Santa session begins, your group will have 10 minutes to chat with Santa, share wish lists, and capture a variety of photo moments - both with Santa and as a family.

After your time with Santa, you’re welcome to enjoy our Christmas-themed sets. Feel free to snap phone photos or selfies to remember the day!

How many photos do I get?
Your package includes 4 to 10 high‑resolution digital images. You'll receive an online gallery link to download them at your convenience.

Can I order prints later?
Absolutely! While prints aren't included in the package, you can easily order them after viewing your digital gallery.

Who can be in the session?
Sessions are designed for immediate family (up to 6 people). If you would like extended family included, please book additional back‑to‑back time slots to accommodate more people. No pets.

When should we arrive?
Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time so we can check in, prep your family, and begin on time - maximizing your session.

What if my child isn’t feeling it… or cries?
We get it - kids are kids! We'll work quickly and patiently to capture even fleeting smiles. Parents are welcome to join in photos to comfort them, and we always do our best to make it fun, not forced.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
A non‑refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Your deposit secures your spot and is non‑refundable. All final payments are due at least 48 hours prior to your booked date and time. We understand unexpected things happen—if you need to cancel after you’ve paid in full, please contact us.

How long until I receive my photos and video?
You’ll receive your digital gallery and video within 5–7 days of your session. We’ll notify you via email once it’s ready!
