Santa is here for one day only this year — Saturday 5 December, 9am to 3pm. When the slots are gone, they are gone.
Thirty minutes, and ten of them are just yours
Your family gets ten private minutes with Santa — time to talk, share a wish list, and be photographed properly rather than hurried past a queue.
Before and after that, the rest of the studio is yours. Four Christmas sets are up, and you are welcome to take your time and shoot your own photos on your phone while you are here.

Please note: our studio is on the lower level and is currently only reachable by stairs. We cannot provide wheelchair or stroller access at the moment. Improving that is on our list, and we are sorry it is not sorted yet — if it affects your visit, get in touch before booking and we will do what we can.

When are the Santa sessions?
Saturday 5 December, from 9am to 3pm. That is the only Santa day this year, and slots run every ten minutes, so once they are gone there is no second date.
How much is a Santa session?
$125 for a thirty-minute Christmas experience, including a ten-minute private session with Santa, 4 to 10 edited digital photos, and a video keepsake with audio of Santa talking to your child.
What should we expect when we arrive?
You will check in and be welcomed into the studio, which is decorated top to bottom. While you wait your turn you can enjoy the sets. When your session starts, your group has ten minutes with Santa to talk, share wish lists and take photos. Afterwards you are welcome to stay and take your own phone photos on the Christmas sets.
When should we arrive?
Ten minutes before your session time, so we can check in and have your family ready. Sessions run back to back and start on time, so arriving late shortens your session rather than delaying it.
How many photos do we get?
Between 4 and 10 high-resolution edited images, delivered in an online gallery you can download from.
Can we order prints?
Yes. Prints are not included, but you can order them straight from your gallery once you have seen the images.
Who can be in the session?
Up to six people — designed for immediate family. If you want extended family included, book two back-to-back slots and we will run them together. No pets, sorry.
What if my child cries or will not sit with Santa?
It happens at nearly every session and we are used to it. We work quickly and patiently, and we will take whatever we can get — a wave from a safe distance, a look over a parent’s shoulder. Parents are welcome in the photos to help. We never force it, and those are often the pictures families end up keeping.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
The deposit is non-refundable and secures your slot. The balance is due at least 48 hours before your session. Things happen — if you need to cancel after paying in full, contact us and we will talk it through.
How long until we get our photos?
Your gallery and video arrive within 5 to 7 days. We will email you the moment it is ready.
Is the studio accessible?
Not currently. The studio is on the lower level and only reachable by stairs, so we cannot offer wheelchair or stroller access. We know that is a real limitation and are working on it.
