What is included in the rent?
Everything — electricity, water, HVAC, internet, cleaning twice a month, furniture, 24/7 keyless access, parking, shared meeting room use, and monthly studio credit. No CAM charges, no utility bills, no setup fee.
How long is the lease?
Terms are flexible and we discuss them when an office opens. We are not looking to tie anyone into something that does not suit them.
Can I see the space if nothing is available?
Yes. We run tours on Thursdays and are happy to show you around even while we are full, so you know what you are waiting for.
How often do offices come free?
Rarely, which is why the waitlist matters. Tenants tend to stay, and when someone does leave the space is usually taken before it is advertised.
