Book by the hour
$100 for two hours, $35 for each additional hour, capped at $275 for a full day.
Office tenants and Studio Pro members get monthly hours included.
What is in the room
What people use it for
Client presentations that need somewhere better than a coffee shop. Board and team meetings for businesses that work remotely the rest of the month. Training days, workshops, depositions, interviews, and the occasional planning session that needs a whiteboard and a door that closes.
It is upstairs from the studio, so it also works as a holding room on a shoot day when a client brings a crew or a family needs somewhere to change and wait.

Meeting room questions
How many people does the meeting room seat?
Ten around the table comfortably. More can fit standing or in a workshop layout — tell us what you are running and we will set the room for it.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking in our own lot behind the building. In downtown Sanford that is not a given.
Can I get in outside business hours?
Yes. Access is keyless and we send your code before the booking, so evening and weekend meetings are no different.
Is there a screen I can present from?
A wall-mounted TV with Apple TV and HDMI. Bring a laptop and an adapter if yours is unusual.
Can I bring food in?
Yes. There is a kitchenette with coffee, and caterers are welcome to deliver.
