Why we do not do drop-in desks

Honestly? The demand in Sanford has not been there, and a half-empty desk room is a worse experience than no desk room.

The building works because each thing in it has a job — a studio downstairs, private offices upstairs, a meeting room, and a mail service for people who need an address more than they need a chair.
